We didn't even bother putting any Christmas decorations up. House goes up for sale the last week of Feb 2005. Everything is boxed up (ok, well most of it) and will be put into storage soon.

We decided to rent for about a year and take our time finding the right house/land combination around Spokane, WA. The size of our famliy may increase. We'll rent until the family situation(s) resolve.

On a good note, my 15 year old son, Michael (aka Bubs) wants to come live with us as soon as school lets out in 2005. Our niece and nephew may also move in with us. Maybe even my wifes Aunt.

I'm involved in a lawsuit now from the accident that happened to us on Jan 31, 2005. The guilty party believes my injuries are "Military service related" and only offered $6,000 to settle. My lawyer is drawing up the documents to sue their insurance company. I will have to testify. They make me feel like I'm the guilty one. Two herniated discs and 2 buldging discs, neck pain like a mofo. Even driving is a "pain in the neck". BTW, my/our case is solid, I have X-Rays that were taken when I left the Marine Corps. No herniated discs, no bulging discs either.

Sorry for rambling, just wanted to thank Tony and apologize for not getting cards out. I really suck at that.
